Summary: Compensation Consultant As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development - Experience in leading application design and configuration - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies - Hands-on experience in project management - Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
