Summary: We are looking for a software engineering manager who is passionate about coding, architecture, and team leadership. The role involves actively contributing to code development while mentoring a team of developers to build scalable, high-quality web applications. You will drive technical excellence, ensure best practices, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor full-stack developers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions. • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical design discussions. • Drive design and development using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies. • Architect and implement microservices-based applications on Cloud. • Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD automation. • Collaborate with Product and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. • Enforce engineering best practices, security standards, and Agile principles Professional & Technical Skills: • 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Strong in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Redux, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. • Proven experience with AWS and modern DevOps tools. • Database expertise in PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Oracle. • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on coding ability. • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-native architectures. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. • This position is based at our Chennai office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
