Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to guide the project towards successful completion, while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties to align objectives and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Experience in designing and optimizing large-scale data warehouse solutions using Google BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques relevant to cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop efficient queries to support business intelligence needs.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration of BigQuery with other cloud services.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within data processing pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
