Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role requires continuous engagement in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the operational environment.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
