Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems. The role is dynamic, involving problem-solving and innovation to deliver customized software that supports operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- SAP BO skill required
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Strong experience in designing and configuring analytics solutions that align with business requirements.
- Ability to integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Skilled in creating interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within SAP Analytics Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the SAP Analytics Cloud platform to enhance functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
