Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to promote understanding and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Competence in using development tools and platforms associated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
