Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to align project goals and technical requirements, fostering collaboration and driving the project forward with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud service deployment, management, and monitoring within the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and cloud-native design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A Any Btech degree is required.
