Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that applications are aligned with organizational goals and are optimized for performance and usability. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain effective and relevant.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and external systems.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
