Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a continuous focus on understanding evolving requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience with data integration and customer data management within digital marketing ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and scalable architecture design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-centric software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
