As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the entire application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align project goals with organizational objectives, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
