As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) modules and integration with other SAP components.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and software development lifecycle within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP Quality Management.
- Familiarity with customizing SAP QM workflows and reports to align with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
