As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. The role includes enhancing existing system components and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The position requires continuous engagement with evolving technologies and frameworks to meet project goals and improve overall system performance, while adapting to dynamic project needs and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) plus (Python (Programming Language) or DevOps or Infrastructure As Code (IaC)).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment models within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance.
- Should have at least 1 AWS certification.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
