Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Maintain documentation related to software development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with complex data models.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Good understanding of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
