Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, efficient applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between application design and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, AWS BigData.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective models.
- Experience with data integration and transformation processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
