Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques to ensure data integrity.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
