Total Experience 6 + Years in working as a BA with Tade Finance/Capital Markets/Reconciliation.
Must have Banking and reconciliation experience, ready to work in US shift.
SQL writing and expression building
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and present business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed solutions.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies that drive organizational success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis with Recon experience
