Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business goals and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing ABAP code for HANA databases.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software designs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
