- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Strong expertise in software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional system collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
