Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to write efficient queries for HANA databases.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex software systems.
- Experience with performance tuning and code optimization in SAP ABAP for HANA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
