Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Experience with integration of cloud-based applications and data management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
