Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with business needs. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of the application landscape, while serving as the main liaison for all technical queries and updates related to the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to meet evolving business demands.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and customizing solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Familiarity with database management and performance tuning in SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
