As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software components are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the delivered products align with evolving business goals and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
