Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and meet the intended objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application designs and configurations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of best practices in application security and data protection.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
