Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and maintaining project momentum.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to optimize delivery and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
