Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing applications within the SAP environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for performance and scalability.
- Good understanding of integration techniques and tools used in SAP landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
