Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands continuous engagement with evolving software requirements and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
