Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to enhance system performance and functionality while aligning with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration processes within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
