Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with different teams to integrate components and address issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software applications meet client expectations and operate smoothly across multiple environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align development activities with business goals and project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex application architectures.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development lifecycle and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
