Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of contemporary development methodologies and frameworks to create efficient, scalable, and robust software. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to feedback and shifting priorities to deliver high-quality results that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
- Experience with integrating SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data modeling and development.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
