Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and customizing marketing automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as AMPscript and SQL.
- Understanding of data segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping within marketing platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
