As a Crystal Report Developer at CGM, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining crystal reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes. Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs.
- Designing and creating Crystal Reports to present data in a clear and insightful manner.
- Developing and optimizing SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases.
- Customizing and configuring Crystal Reports to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Testing and debugging reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Conducting performance tuning to improve report generation efficiency.
- Assisting end-users with report-related queries and providing necessary support and training.
- Understand, articulate, and present technical verification approaches /methods to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform data analysis and profiling.
- Superior ability to manage your own day-day work efforts, and communicate roadblocks or issues.
Profile Qualifications:
- Required BS in Computer Science degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Crystal Report Developer or similar role.
- 2+ years’ experience with SQL (ability to read/write/manipulate queries).
- 2+ years of experience with Delphi.
- 1+ years’ experience with the administration of Windows, SQL and VM servers.
- 1+ years’ experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience with Azure DevOps Services (preferred).
Experience with EMR/EHR systems a plus.
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports development and SQL query optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience using version control systems (Subversion or GIT a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
