KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the marketing team by designing and producing a variety of sales enablement materials, including presentations, digital documents, and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling outcomes.
- Collaborate on digital projects such as web pages and multimedia content, contributing creative solutions and adhering to brand guidelines while focusing on user experience and engagement.
- Assist with video content creation (if skills allow), bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to life, and enhancing the team’s ability to produce multimedia campaigns.
- Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.
- Follows department processes, procedures, and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/solutions.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Strong layout and typography skills to create polished, professional presentations and digital documents.
- Creative problem-solving and a collaborative mindset to contribute ideas and solutions in a team environment.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation; strong interpersonal abilities.
