This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch an Innovative, 1st in class, USFDA approved Neurology brand. This brand is a transformative therapy for migraine patients. It is indicated for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults with a previous insufficient response to triptans.
Job Description, Role & Responsibility:
- Drive launch excellence that maximizes Patient Impact and delivers financial objectives within a brand/category sub-segment.
- Support the development of KOLs and advocacy strategy, including the management of relevant medical education such as congresses and symposia.
- Cross Functional Collaboration with core team for execution of strategic imperatives.
- Collaborate with medical and patient advocacy groups to create Patient Awareness about novel migraine management treatment strategy and drive patients to seek treatment from specialties like Neurologists and Psychiatrists.
- Oversee appropriate market research and implement findings accordingly into the promotional platform to deliver growth opportunities.
- Monitor and track competitive intelligence and customer insights, incorporating relevant findings into strategies and content.
- Constantly look for ways to innovate communication approach, leveraging internal resources to deliver best-in-class messages to a broad range of customers.
- Explore GTM strategies for advocacy and communication.
- Develop the Digital Strategy roadmap for the business and implement initiatives.
- Approach all tasks with integrity and strive to spark Joy for the team.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience with broad knowledge of the industry and healthcare environment.
- Neurology brand management experience will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in science, Health Sciences, or Business.
- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
