Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop high-quality copy for digital, social, print, and internal/external communication channels
- Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, product launches, brand narratives, and leadership communications
- Write persuasive and conversion-oriented copy for websites, landing pages, email marketing, and paid media
- Craft thought leadership pieces, blogs, whitepapers, scripts, and presentations as needed
- Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain and evolve the brand tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency while adhering to brand guidelines
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing, design, product, HR, and leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into impactful content
- Work with creative, digital, and campaign teams to develop integrated communication assets
- Research & Insights
- Conduct market and audience research to inspire ideas and improve messaging effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor communication styles, and content best practices
- Quality & Performance
- Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure the highest quality standards
- Measure content performance (where relevant) and optimize based on insights
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 7+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an MNC or global agency environment
- Solid portfolio showcasing versatility across formats and industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Proven excellent command of language, storytelling skills, and attention to detail
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, powerful messages
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO principles, and content strategy
- Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global environments
