Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with business needs and continuous improvement of deployment processes are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability and performance.
- Document architecture designs, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS, Red Hat OS Administration, Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platform services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
