Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Preparation of the annual payroll calendar and have this reviewed by clients
- Preparing and updating monthly time sheets
- Generation of bank files and payment vouchers
- Export, print, store and submit 'Bank listing" from the bank
- Checking of funding on bank accounts/bank website
- Release approved payments/ wherever applicable
- Handling process regarding pay slips
- Handling, generation and sending of end-to-end process of Central Provident Fund
- Keeping control of the timing of various client deliverables as per SLA
- Working closely with finance colleagues and tax advisors/onshore
- Proactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining the payroll file
- Reconciliation of payroll summary report to administration
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Obtained a 3-year degree in Finance or in any related field BCom/MCom/LLB/BBA/MBA/ICWAI/PGDBM/CA/ Inter CA
- Have 3+ years of experiences in payroll services in a corporate service environment
- Possess a strong concept of Payroll.
- Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skill
- Handling of global payroll experience and flexible in working when require
- Fluent spoken English
- Excel/MS Office is a required skill
- Open to travel and passport ready
