Job DescriptionPosition Overview
The Engineer will assist in engineering design and analysis activities under the supervision of a senior engineer. The role focuses on developing technical, analytical, and design skills while supporting project execution in line with quality standards, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in developing analytical and engineering design skills through on-the-job training and supervised tasks.
- Carry out engineering design work under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
- Prepare design calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision.
- Collect, compile, and analyze engineering data for project requirements.
- Use computer-aided design and engineering software tools to solve basic engineering problems.
- Support preparation and review of technical documents and drawings.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed as per approved project schedule and budget.
- Follow applicable engineering standards, codes, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and team members to support project execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline).
- Basic understanding of engineering design principles and calculations.
- Familiarity with engineering software and MS Office tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
- This position is intended for entry-level engineers seeking to gain hands-on experience in engineering design and project execution.
- The role involves working under the guidance and supervision of experienced engineers.
- Training and mentoring will be provided to support skill development and career growth.
- The position may require coordination with site teams and occasional site visits, as per project requirements.
