Requirements:The MI Change PM\ Business Analyst role is part of the Financial Reporting TM1 MI Transformation team within the I&A, SP&ST and IRRBB Value Stream of Core Finance Change, and is primarily responsible for the Global MI Change projects for Finance, delivering change to TM1 systems that support a number of critical business processes and ultimately enable all our client’s Global Businesses, Corporate Centre, DBS and the Global Functions to meet MI reporting outcomes.
Experience:
- Project management office experience on status, issues, risk and dependencies reporting
- Proven track record of successful project delivery with quantifiable business benefits.
- Mature and independent – able to work with teams with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Proactive builder of strong and diverse business relationships.
- Organized and efficient multi-tasker; has a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, report to tight deadlines and deal effectively with issues as they arise
- Proficiency in data analysis and systems impact analysis.
- Subject matter expertise / strong knowledge of financial accounting, management information / management accounting processes.
- Experience in core Finance tools (e.g. TM1, Saracen, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong desire and proven ability to comprehend complexities, opportunities and solutions offered by systems and various digital tools.
- Proficiency and/or strong desire to learn, adopt and train people on new technologies (Cloud, Python, Big Query, SQL, Qlik / visualisation tools and the like)
- Knowledge and experience of Agile delivery methodology.
