Lead campaign validation by building intelligent automated tests for marketing assets and journeys, ensuring quality and scalable outcomes.
As a Business UAT Analyst - Campaign Test Automation within the Card Services group in Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking business, you will be responsible for transforming how Card Marketing campaigns are validated by leveraging advanced automation and AI-promote solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Campaign Testing Automation Analyst will collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, Product, Technology and Controls teams to design and implement automation solutions for campaign asset testing—such as content accuracy, hyperlink validation, and format compliance—using Python, Selenium, and other AI tools.
- Develop intelligent testing methods and reusable scripts to reduce manual effort and increase validation accuracy.
- Map end-to-end campaign and customer journeys to identify gaps in testing coverage and recommend new checkpoints.
- Design and maintain dynamic checklists and testing templates tailored to different asset types and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Card Marketing, Channel Execution, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory and brand standards.
- Translate marketing and operational needs into scalable testing solutions and validation workflows.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium for automation, UI, and content validation.
- Experience in marketing workflow analysis, testing strategy, and gap identification.
- Ability to create and leverage campaign/customer journey flow diagrams for testing insights.
- Proven track record of driving test automation to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with a focus on customer experience and execution quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in campaign testing, QA automation, or marketing operations, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
Exposure to AI/ML tools or frameworks for intelligent document or content analysis is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology or related field preferred.
