Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying, and solving problems, and managing projects to drive efficient and effective solutions for our key accounts. This is not a traditional Analyst position; rather, we are looking for a data-minded individual who can dive deep into the details and provide actionable insights.
How you will achieve success:
- Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports every week.
- Source new reports that continually inform and increase the stickiness our clients will have to the Spreetail offering.
- Anticipate possible issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance. Present solutions to detect, eliminate or fix in an expeditious manner.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
- Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including but not limited to SQL Server, Power BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL expertise.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
