Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business stakeholders is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SingleView.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather insights and validate process designs.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools to visualize workflows and identify improvement areas.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SingleView.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
