Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that business process requirements are effectively translated into application requirements and metrics. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders, fostering a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5. - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. - Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
