The incumbent will work as an individual contributor in the night shift to align with global business partners and play a critical part in ensuring seamless client-facing processes, regulatory compliance, and superior client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve moderately complex business facilitation tasks, managing the entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure, including originating source documents, and ensuring data adherence to regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, process unique rejects or exceptions, and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Execute and oversee daily BAU (Business As Usual) activities, such as client account openings, screening, transaction processing (wires/checks), and other time-sensitive support functions, while ensuring strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Leverage expert knowledge of KYC/AML protocols and TAX forms (W9, W8) to support robust client due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, and identify opportunities to determine the appropriate course of action within the defined scope of responsibility.
- Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation, and escalation as needed.
- Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with determining the appropriate course of required action.
- Support business activities in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives to enhance overall team performance.
- Use technical expertise in the designated area to resolve escalated issues and action requests.
- Review and analyze client onboarding processes or challenges and select alternatives after thorough research and evaluation.
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables and escalate issues where necessary.
- Aggregate, evaluate, and report results, presenting recommendations for resolving complex situations and contributing to quality review, policy, procedure, and compliance development.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers, and internal/external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and structure data, clean and transform datasets for further analysis and use.
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong business acumen.
- Experience in stakeholder management and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards.
- Ability to visually present data insights through charts, dashboards, and infographics.
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and automation tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Availability to work the night shift (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST) to ensure alignment with global business partners
- Experience in Client Middle Office Business Execution
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in New Business Facilitation activities, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
- At least 6+ months of hands-on experience with KYC/AML processes and/or customer service preferred.
- Strong understanding of TAX forms (W9, W8), FACTA, DACA, and Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
