About the Role
Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to banking and private finance, especially unsecured loans and business loans. The role involves identifying potential clients, calling them, and closing loan transactions.

Graduate / Bachelor's
3 Years of experience in business / unsecured loan
Currently working at Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to understand funding requirements.
Source and close unsecured loans and business loans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Manage the end-to-end loan process from lead generation to closure.
Achieve assigned business targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain proper client records and follow-ups.
Experience & Eligibility
3 to 5 years of experience in business development with banks, NBFCs, or private finance companies.
Strong experience in unsecured loans and business loans is mandatory.
Prior experience in client sourcing and calling is required.
Existing pipeline with high end clients will be an advantage
Candidate must be based in Kolkata.

Good knowledge of lending products and processes.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel and relocate inter state
Educational Qualification
MBA, Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Profile Alignment
Graduate / Bachelor's
Must currently be selling Business Loans / Unsecured Loans to SME clients
Profiles from Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, CASA, Collections, or general banking sales will not fit
