Drive business development across Korea by generating leads, acquiring client accounts, building sales pipelines, achieving targets, and expanding the Industrial Product Assurance customer base. Develop go-to-market strategies, organize seminars, participate in industry events, identify market opportunities, promote certification services, and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and acquire new client accounts to drive business growth.
- Lead business development initiatives across Korea, building a strong sales pipeline and securing new business for the IPA Korea portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for IPA Korea.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including identifying and engaging potential clients, organizing client seminars, and participating in industry exhibitions and events.
- Expand and strengthen the Industrial Product Assurance customer base across Korea.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with client executive management and decision-makers.
- Identify market opportunities and proactively promote IPA services to support sustainable business growth.

Position Qualification
- Graduate with relevant experience in business development within the Industrial Product Certification sector.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably with a Notified Body.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Product Certification processes and applicable EU Directives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to drive proactive sales initiatives and generate new business opportunities across the Korean market.
