We are looking for a detail-oriented WFM Analyst to manage centralized workforce reporting and analytics for a global workforce (~50,000 employees). This role will focus on delivering accurate data insights, driving reporting automation, and supporting strategic decision-making across regions and business units.
Primary Responsibilities:
- WFM Analytics & Reporting
- Manage global WFM reporting and analytics
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements in efficiency and utilization
- Support leadership with performance insights and planning metrics
- MIS & Dashboarding
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Automate recurring reports using advanced tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
- Deliver periodic (daily to quarterly) reports and executive summaries
- Data & Automation
- Build scalable reporting solutions using Excel, DAX, Power Pivots, Power Query and Power BI
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with WFM, Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to align on reporting needs

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 5+ years in WFM with solid understanding of end-to-end WFM lifecycle
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, DAX, Power Pivots, Power Query and Power BI
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
- Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management
