Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Strategy

• Participate in R&D and management meetings to evaluate and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
• Drive strategic initiatives in analytics, reporting, and business performance tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risks, and optimize resources.

2. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare business reporting packages, dashboards, and analytical models using data from multiple sources.
• Provide ongoing analytical support using historical, real-time, and predictive data.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI monitoring tools for performance visibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, build, and deploy analytics models.

3. Program & Financial Tracking

• Track program profitability and support cross-functional teams with insights to maximize margin.
• Monitor and track resource utilization and budget performance across functions.
• Manage ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and associated budget tracking.

4. Timesheet & Contract Employee Management

• Oversee Timesheet Management for Product Dossier and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Manage contract employees, including:
  • Timesheet follow-up
  • Billing calculations
  • Contract provision management
  • Invoice preparation and coordination with Finance

5. Operational Governance

• Ensure all analytical outputs adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data models, and governance controls.
• Provide insights that help leadership teams make data-driven decisions.

Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Experience-

• 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or Retail Analyst in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.

Technical Skills-

• Proficiency in analytics/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and dashboard development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical models and actionable insights.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
