About the role:

The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between the product management and development teams to analyze business requirements, convert them into functional specifications, and prepare projects for development. The candidate will also participate in integration testing and validate new functions to ensure they meet business requirements. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the SQA and Release Engineering teams to ensure timely project releases to clients. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and the overall SDLC processes.

What you will be doing

·       Analyzing Business requirement.

·       Preparing Functional Specifications documents.

·       Functional/Integration testing.

·       Creating and maintaining project artifacts.

·       Project Implementation in co-ordination with SQA and Release Engineering.

What you bring:

·       Understanding of trading and settlement of Equities, Options and Fixed Income securities.

·       Knowledge of Order Management Systems & awareness on Back/Middle office functions.

·       Understanding of risk monitoring and margining methods.

·       Knowhow on options & equity strategy parings.

·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

·       Knowhow of SDLC processes.

What we offer you:

Prior experience as a Business Analyst involved in the US trading/margining systems is preferred.
