The Impact of a Banking Operations Program Coordinator for Coupa Pay at Coupa:
We are looking for an energetic and driven customer and partner champion to work on the Coupa Pay Banking Operations team. This role will help our customers get the most out of their Coupa Pay investment by working closely with customers, their implementation teams and our partners to ensure customer readiness to utilize Coupa Pay Virtual Cards and Digital Payments (using TransferMate & Direct Bank Integration).
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a program or project management position within a payments business, or an alternatively compelling job history that indicates you will be successful in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer onboarding projects for Coupa Pay partners, ensuring readiness through tracking agreements, configurations, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and implementation partners to drive successful go-lives.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and training materials to support scale and adoption.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of Coupa Pay to support customer onboarding, growth, and expansion.
- Balance a high volume of concurrent customer projects while ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the customer and partner experience.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, card payments, banking, or B2B payment solutions, including compliance and contracting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently with strong project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, partners, and customers to execute implementation plans successfully.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms; experience with Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, NetSuite, Workday, or similar financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills and demonstrated career progression in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with software configuration and delivering product demonstrations is highly preferred.
