We are building a technology platform that powers real-time logistics and on-demand delivery for large, high-value goods. The product connects customers, partners, and service providers seamlessly to enable fast, reliable movement of physical items. As an early engineer, you will work on a wide range of problems across backend systems, APIs, and product features. This role comes with high ownership and the opportunity to directly influence both technical direction and product experience. • Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop and ship features end-to-end with strong ownership
• Debug and resolve production issues across multiple layers of the stack
• Optimize database queries, caching, and system performance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to solve real-world problems
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies where appropriate
Required Experience
• Strong backend development experience
• Hands-on experience building APIs and production systems
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end
• Ability to debug issues across services and layers
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality
